In recent years, the use of telemedicine technologies - the provision of medical services using two-way electronic audiovisual technology - has increased significantly in the global healthcare system.

An analysis of statistical information on the activities of the telemedicine technologies department of the department for scientific and analytical work with the regions of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Dmitry Rogachev National Medical Research Center for Pediatric Hematology and Oncology" of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation for the period 2019 - 2024 was conducted.

Based on the results of the study, it can be said with confidence that the format of remote consultations using telemedicine technologies in the provision of medical care in the profile of "pediatric oncology and hematology", "immunology" is an effective and prompt "assistant" to specialists from the regions of the Russian Federation.

The most relevant area of telemedicine technologies was remote diagnostics and treatment of complex clinical cases, since, taking into account the specifics of pediatric oncohematological and immunological diseases, a decision on further treatment tactics or hospitalization must be made as soon as possible.
